Went into change myback tires and when Igot there myvehicle suddenly wouldn’t start. They sent out anemployee (Tommy) who knew about the make and model ofmy truck, and gave his best efforts toget mytruck started from cleaning the battery connections, jump starting, checking for power and heeven got under the truck totry and get itstarted sothey could change the tires!
Everything ended upgoing well and Ifinally got the new tires puton.
Thank you somuch toemployee Tommy and the rest ofthe crew, customer service and professionalism was top notch Iwill always return toCostco for tires!!… – show

I got aflat tire, nospare. Icalled Costco Tire Center tosee ifthey had mytires and make anappointment. The guy Ispoke tosaid yes they have the tires and gave mean appointment time. Ihad mycar towed there atthe given time, only tofind out that there was noappointment nor did they have tires that would fit myvehicle!! Mind blown. It's almost asif they were trying tocause meharm. Ihad toget asecond tow toGoodyear, who thankfully fit mein totheir schedule. Anyway, very saddened bythis because Iotherwise love Costco… – show

This isa very good place toget your tires rotated ifbought tires from here. It’s pretty fast and they take your number and give you acall tolet you know when itis done and ready foryou. Hopefully this helps others debating about it

Sadly all the negative comments are not telling the whole story. Some tires are not repairable due tosafety reasons. Maui Costco isranked top five inthe whole Costco chain..

called ahead. Said they have mytire size. Drive all the way down onmy doughnut from upcountry. guy says hehas mytire size but didn’t have myspeed rating.
Didn’t ask meabout that onthe phone. Wouldn’t sell mea tire. Said takes three weeks toship the tire here but they slowed shipments tothe outer islands. Idon’t know ifI amout ofthe loopbut, overall awaste ofmy time. Top five? Idoubt that. Let’s blame COVID for this bad experience.

Called the Tire Center twice, once toinquire pricing for atire swap, Iwould bebringing inthe tires. Second call was toverify the service Ineeded, tore swap, and toschedule anappointment.
Day ofthe appointment Iget there and they tell methey can't doit because Ididn't purchase the tires from Costco. Onthe phone Iexplained what the circ*mstances were and Iwas not made aware oftheir policy during the call. They waited till Iarrived atthe store totell methey couldn't fulfill their end ofthe commitment. Zero $!@#* were given bythe managers. Unfortunately zero $!@#* will bereturned tothem inthe future byme.… – show

ADVISORY: Went there this morning (8/20/2019) atabout6:45am, thinking that they open at7am, only tofind out from 2workers that were unloading tires from acontainer, they now OPEN AT9AM! The 2workers said that the new hours were effective asof last week. Obviously Costco has not changed time onwebsiteyet.

You buy tiers from them with warranty
When you come back tofix defects tiers
They said sorry nowarranty
Never buy from them not recommended
Tiers only 2years old always ido tier tire rotation
Very very poor service
